Every search includes a role clarity conversation, honest job description using our four-question framework, global candidate search and personal outreach, in-depth assessment, a written shortlist with recommendations, and a separate 90-day conversation with you and your new hire.
Fundraising team health assessment – From $2,500 USD
Before a search begins — or as a standalone engagement — we spend time with your leadership team understanding what is really happening. Culture, alignment, retention risk, structural issues. We produce a short, honest report with clear recommendations. Many assessments identify the real issue before a search is launched.
